How to survive as an average Nigerian.

Its no secret that the economic situation in this country is nothing to write home about. The increase in Dollar to naira exchange rate affected even the price of vegetable in the market. the high cost of fuel has also affected transportation price. This has made it hard for the average Nigerian to survuve. This tip is tested and trusted. I don't know if i invented it but i use it a lot and it has worked fir me most times.

For transportation, i won't lie that i use cab a lot. Why should i use cab when i can enter okada for lesser amount lol. When i stop an okada man and he tells me the price, say 10 naira and i then price it 100 naira. ofcourse, he is gonna refuse. what i do next is that i pretend to walk away. Now you have to be very convincing when doing that. There is always 90% chance that he is gonna call you back. I also do the same whenever i go to the market. been using this trick for years. I hope it works for you too. Thank me later!

please have you ever seen a anyone with pimples on instagram? If you have, i have not o. plenty filters. people wanna appear perfect there, not just their body but their lives as well, especially the so called celebrities. They are deceiving us, leading us to think that life i a bed of roses and we will be drooling over, wishing we had their lives without even knowing that we are better than them in some areas. Teebillz posted this picture of him and his tiwa publicly professing his love for her. Tiwa during her very recent emotional interview revealed that they have been separated for two months. are you thinking what am thinking?. YES! This teebillz guy posted this picture when they've already separated and you will see people's comments like. "oh i wish my own man would post my pic more, aww teebillz you are so romantic". LOL WHO IS FOOLING WHO?. please my people, stop wishing you had someone else's life oh coz behind all those filters, all those perfect captions lies broken homes, tears and empty pockets.

I think you are the biggest hypocrite ever....see kettle calling pot black. The way you air your opinion on issues these days, one is beginning to think if you are judge jury. You are busying condemning Tiwa because if what she said about teebillz but have you forgotten that you also did the same when your own marriage crashed? Why didn't you keep quiet when you separated from your wife. You rushed to social media to tell everyone how your wife was very abusive.

Nigeria is the worst place to get depressed in!

Welcome to a country where people think see depression as a spiritual problem and depressed people as people who don't have better things to do with their time. I like the fact that we joke a lot in this country because life isn't too serious after all but we should draw a line somewhere.We woke up to Teebillz"s suicidal posts on instagram yesterday. At first, we thought his instagram account was hacked but it was later revealed that he almost committed suicide yesterday. Reading comments on Linda Ikeji's blog, i couldn't help but think how ignorant we are in this country about things as serious as depression. People called him all sorts of name and even begged him to commit suicide. But why?.

Do you really think people enjoy being depressed?. The answer is NO. No one loves feeling that way. Believe me, its a shitty feeling. I have a friend who is battling depression. People often misunderstand her. I misunderstand her sometimes. yes, i am guilty too!. people make fun of her without even knowing how many times she has cried behind closed doors, without knowing how many times she has tried to give up on life. people often make rude comments like "is it not that one that acts like a psycho". She is not a psycho, she is just depressed and you are worsening her condition with your harsh comments.

SUICIDE DOESN'T KILL PEOPLE, SADNESS DOES..Depression can happen to anyone. I have battled serious depression in my past...It has happened to the strongest people i know. It can happen to you!..I think we should drop the clonwy attitude and be human for once. Try to understand what the person beside you is going through before you run to judgment. life is difficult mehn but we can scale through with the support and help of each other. Whatever happened to being our brother's keeper, huh?
